The Mission

You probably have no idea who I am, so let me introduce myself.
I call myself DOP (doctorofpeak) online, and no, I’m not a doctor at all. I’m the writer behind the Peakspective newsletter, where I share one fresh insight every Monday on things like self-mastery, productivity, health and happiness, to make you a better, happier human.
The Peakspective was never really meant to be in the first place. It started out as a humble blog called The Peak Perspective, once found at doctorofpeak.wordpress.com. It’s become something much greater than I could have imagined.
It’s taken a while to get here. I’ve tried a lot of things like running a YouTube channel (which grew to over 100 subscribers), writing fiction, and being a web developer. (You can check out a calculator I built here.)
The main thing I want to fight against is the overwhelming presence of low-value, crappy content that ruins people’s attention spans and does nothing to help their lives. With the Peakspective, I want to contribute to fixing that problem in whatever way I can by sharing ideas that are actionable, different and valuable to you.
I want to change the way you live your life. I want to elevate your perspective and help you think in new ways you’ve never tried before.
I’m just a regular human. I don’t have everything figured out. I’m just sharing ideas I learn on my journey of self-improvement that you may find useful too.
I also share daily insights on X that I think you’ll find helpful..
Welcome then to The Peakspective. Thanks for being here.
Subscribe to the free newsletter for weekly insights on the art of living.
Each post will offer you the chance to reflect on life in a distracting world.
I think you’ll like it.
